Our energy auditors are both BPI, (Building Performance Institute, Inc.), and RESNET, (Residential Energy Services Network), or HERS, (Home Energy Rating System), trained and available to help your home meet its full energy conserving potential.

NEW CONSTRUCTION: HERS rating

analyzes construction plans
onsite inspections
identifies and communicates with builder about energy efficiency improvements possible to meet Energy Star performance guidelines
uses blower door and/or duct test

EXISTING HOMES: BPI rating

onsite inspections

determine areas that are underinsulated and/or need air sealing
